At Mrid Cera, each product is thoughtfully handcrafted, making every piece unique. We take great care in packaging and quality checks to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition.

Returns or replacements are accepted only in cases where the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing contact@mridcera.com, along with clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations in color, texture, or finish are natural and are not considered defects. Therefore, returns or refunds will not be accepted for such variations or for change-of-mind purchases.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, as applicable. Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days after approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Mrid Cera reserves the right to decline return requests that do not meet the above conditions.
